Sally A. Miller, J.D.
Attorney Sally A. Miller began her practice in 1997 after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She served for two years as the law clerk for Lapeer County Judges Nick O. Holowka, Martin E. Clements and Michael P. Higgins. She also assisted the Prosecuting Attorney’s office with criminal matters. Attorney Miller earned law school awards for her academic achievements in Advocacy and Trial Skills and has been recognized by her peers for her ethical demeanor. Attorney Miller also graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA where she polished her trial skills. Attorney Miller’s extensive experience is focused on the areas of family law; particularly custody trials, parenting time issues, criminal defense, adoptions and domestic mediation. She has served as Past President of the Lapeer County Bar Association, Rotary, Lapeer Community Foundation, and serves her community in family related non-profit organizations such as Lapeer Area Citizens Against Domestic Assault (LACADA) and Kids in New Directions (KIND).
